To activate a phone line for business broadband costs £40 + VAT, or migration of an existing broadband service from another broadband provider costs £11 + VAT (migration of an LLU (Local Loop Unbundled) service costs £40 + VAT). If you wish to migrate, you will need a MAC code from your current provider. Full details can be found in the Firenet Broadband Terms & Conditions. |
No unlimited broadband? In order to avoid costs spiraling out of control, all current UK broadband services advertised as "unlimited" have terms which allow the provider to lower a customer's speed or block certain services to prevent the customer overusing the "unlimited" service. We believe that this is misleading and that a reduction of service is not in the best interests of our customers, and therefore we have chosen instead to be clear up front about exactly what you are paying for and exactly what you can expect to receive so there are no nasty surprises. |
